Who We Are Looking For

This program is highly selective. The ideal candidate is:

• A top graduate of our Zabbix Certified Specialist (ZCS) or Zabbix Certified Professional (ZCP) course.

How the Program Works

The journey from graduate to trainer is a rewarding challenge.

1. Invitation & Application: Exceptional graduates will be invited to apply based on their course performance and final exam results.

2. The Assessment: Shortlisted candidates will undergo a two-part evaluation: a advanced technical challenge and a mock training session to assess teaching potential.

3. The Interview: A final conversation with our Head of Training to discuss goals and fit.

4. Train-the-Trainer: Successful applicants will enter our intensive, sponsored trainer certification program, covering advanced Zabbix concepts and pedagogical techniques.

5. Launch Your Career: Upon successful completion, you'll begin co-training classes, eventually leading to your own sessions as a full-fledged IT State Academy Zabbix Trainer.
